Subscription & Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

At PROPeptides, we offer convenient subscription and recurring purchase options to help ensure uninterrupted access to your selected products and wellness programs. By enrolling in a subscription or recurring purchase option, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription Enrollment
When you select a subscription, membership, auto-ship, or recurring purchase option, you authorize PROPeptides to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency chosen during checkout.
Subscription details, billing frequency, and pricing are displayed before purchase and can be reviewed within your customer account.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting our support team.
To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests received after an order has been processed, billed, or entered fulfillment will apply to future subscription renewals and will not prevent shipment of the current order.
Pausing or Modifying Subscriptions

These changes must be made before the upcoming billing date to take effect for the next order.
Subscription Refunds
Because subscription products are processed and prepared immediately upon billing, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed:

Provider Oversight Programs
Certain subscription offerings may include provider consultations, wellness reviews, educational services, or clinical oversight.
Any professional services already rendered as part of a subscription program are non-refundable once completed.
Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the customer to reimbursement for previously completed services.
Promotional Pricing
Subscription pricing, discounts, free shipping offers, membership benefits, and promotional incentives may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Changes will not affect previously processed orders but may apply to future subscription renewals.
